Monthly Osho Meditations with Shakti

 Osho's Active Meditations are a wonderful opportunity to experience the powerful, movement meditation techniques of the enlightened mystic, Osho. Each month Shakti will use different techniques to assist you in transforming stress and anxiety into a state of deep awareness and silence. In this transformational experience you will discover your authentic self, expanding your awareness and creating personal growth.
This is for beginners to experienced meditators - all are welcome. All the movement can be adjusted to fit your personal ability.
